Most people don't mind washing their hands. Most people don't mind
wearing socks. Most people don't get bothered by bright lights or loud noises. But
I'm different. I do get bothered by these things. Gee, just walking into a crowded
room can make me get upset.
One thing I really don't like the feeling of is grass on my skin. If I wear sandals or
go barefoot in the grass, I can't stand all those little blades of grass touching me.
They're so cold and smooth. Sometimes they're a bit pointy on top. I don't like that.
It makes me so mad that I refuse to wear sandals ever, just because I might need to
walk across some grass.
lalso don't like the feeling of sunscreen lotion. I can't stop crying when my
parents put it on me, especially on my face. I know sunscreen is important, though,
so we made a deal. We use special sunscreen sprays or roll-on sticks that don't feel
so bad. But I still try to stay indoors and wear long sleeves to avoid those too.
