Many jobs require the ability to create computer software, applications, and websites, and students who develop these critical
skills will have an advantage as they enter the job market. In addition, there is a high level of interest among students in learning how to build
computer games. Students often have great ideas but lack the technology knowledge and specific skills needed to bring their ideas to fruition.
The need for these classes is clear and the attendance will reflect the high level of student interest.
This will enrich students interested in computer programming just like the existing classes enrich students.
There is already excitement around these classes, especially among students who have not taken other classes.
