Question
The sun is so massive that is exerts a extreme amount of gravitational
force. It pulls on earth to keep it in orbit, but why doesn't gravity pull us into
the sun? Main reason please!

It is because we aren't close enough, if we were closer we would be dragged into the
sun
It is because of inertia, which means that an object in motion stays in motion unless
acted upon by something else.
CT It is because earth's gravity counteracts it and pushes back against the sun
It's because the earth is flat and being thrown like a frisbee around the sun thus
floating around it
Answer
