John Adams was the second president of the United States of America. He served from 1797 to 1801 and was the first president to live in the White House. He was a Founding Father and a leader of the American Revolution. He was also a diplomat and a statesman who helped to negotiate the Treaty of Paris, which ended the Revolutionary War.
